I was in Albuquerque the past few days and I really wanted to visit the Fiesta Yarns store, but sadly, I had no transportation outside of my own feet and the store was about 10 miles away.  I know they have buses, but I didn’t have much time for that.  Oh well.  I was really looking forward to ogling yarn.  Maybe it’s for the best though.  I don’t need to cave in! 

I did have some time to spend knitting while we were sitting in the lobby, waiting for our rooms to become available.  I finished Dashing #1 and now I have to complete Dashing #2.  A lot of my schoolmates commented on my knitting, which was amusing.  People think that it’s "cool" that I knit.  For me, it’s just another thing to do.  Some people go jogging, some watch tv, I knit.

Heh..  along with some other finished Saharas, Stitch Diva Studios featured mine in a mass email the other day.  It’s kind of exciting, I must say.
